This training is designed to meet the AzBBHE 3 CE requirement for Supervised Private Practice Supervisors. It highlights the AzBBHE rules and regulation for supervision and licensure in general as well as the additional specific requirements for SPP supervision. Objectives • Be able to identify the differences between Supervised Private Practice, Private Practice, and AzDHS licensed settings for behavioral health services in Arizona. • Gain an understanding of the process for Supervised Private Practice approval. • Develop an understanding of the AzBBHE requirements for Supervised Private Practice and for Independent Licensure. • Gain an understanding of the documentation required for Supervised Private Practice. • Discuss challenges, concerns, and benefits associated with Supervised Private Practice. *Before beginning the program, please ensure that you have completed your CBPI account profile including your first and last name as you would like it to appear on your CE certificate (please note this requires completing all sections of the profile, not just your "display name.")
