My Experience

Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to work as a prosecuting attorney, victim advocate, college instructor, marriage and family therapist, clinical supervisor, and vice president of behavioral health services.

I've taken on various roles, but what truly drives me is the opportunity to support others. Whether it's through mentoring, training, or service and memberships, supporting others is at the core of who I am as a professional.

Mentorship & Supervision

What I am most proud of thus far in my professional journey are the opportunities I have had to train, mentor, and provide clinical supervision to others.  I have been registered as a qualified clinical supervisor in Arizona since 2011 and have provided clinical supervision to interns, associates, and independently licensed professionals in the private practice and community outpatient settings.

I have also taught at several colleges and universities for undergraduate and graduate programs.  I have held leadership positions such as Clinical Supervisor, Director, and most recently, Vice President of Behavioral Health Services for an integrated healthcare company.  In each role, I have had the opportunity to develop training and professional development initiatives, refine policies and procedures, as well as oversee small and large teams of clinical therapists and supervisors.

Service & Memberships

Through my service to the field, my dedication to the integrity of clinical best practice grows stronger.

Throughout the years I have been dedicated to giving back through professional service.

I have been appointed to serve multiple times as a Professional Member on the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and have had the honor of being elected and served as Chairperson most recently from 2020-2023.

In addition, I have served in various capacities for the AAMFT Arizona Interest Network most recently as head of supervision education.
