Collaborative Treatment Planning

Service Description

This live webinar workshop offers clinicians a practical, collaborative framework for developing and using treatment plans which will enhance client engagement, accountability, and motivation in treatment. Participants will learn how to co-create plans that evolve throughout treatment and view treatment plans as dynamic documents which can serve as a tool for progress tracking, role clarification, and systemic goal alignment. The training emphasizes moving from problem-focused to strength- and solution-focused language, ensuring treatment planning becomes a meaningful and therapeutic process rather than just another paperwork requirement. Learning Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to: 1. Construct treatment plans that reflect client strengths, systemic context, and collaboratively identified goals. 2. Identify therapeutic interventions in which treatment plans can be updated throughout the therapy process to measure progress and support client accountability. 3. Apply strategies to increase client engagement and ownership in developing, reviewing, and updating treatment plans from intake through termination.
