Service Description

Attendees will gain and strengthen clinical documentation skills. This training is designed to address Arizona regulations/requirements, as well as common challenges and questions associated regarding clinical documentation. Attendees will be able to identify Arizona required forms including required elements and signatures for clinical documentation. Attendees will gain knowledge regarding relevant laws and rules regarding access to records, records requests, and releases of information. Attendees will gain information regarding best practices and ethical considerations regarding documentation and technology. Clinical Best Practice Institute, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7639.

Cancellation Policy

Trainings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance with result in a credit for the amount paid which can be used towards a future training within the next six months. Trainings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will result in the full charge. Consultations not cancelled at least 24 business hours in advance will result in the full charge/deduction from consultation retainer if applicable. Consultation groups are booked as a bundle with the total for all group session due at the time of enrollment and are non refundable. The option for group sessions to be recorded and made available to attendees who may miss a session will be an option but not guaranteed as it will require unanimous consent for recording from all enrolled group members.
