Mandated Reporting Training Description and Objectives: Through lecture, discussion, and review of materials this training is designed to enhance understanding and knowledge regarding Mandated Reporting obligations for behavioral health professionals and strengthen skills for reporting and documentation. This training will focus on the following domains and objectives: •Identify and discuss Mandated Reporting obligations for abuse/neglect of minors and vulnerable adults found in law, rules, and ethical codes for behavioral health professionals with a focus on Arizona statutes and rules. •Review best practices as they relate to mandated reporting, including documentation considerations. • Review ethical obligations related to duty to warn.
