About

Structural Family Therapy is an exciting, active, engaging modality that can be utilized with all variations of family systems, regardless of the provider’s license or discipline. This training will support participants in understanding the basic tenets of Structural Family Therapy and learning accessible strategies for assessment and treatment. Providers attending this training will expand their perspective on ways in which change can be influenced when navigating systemic resistance. Providers will learn skills for applying Structural Family Therapy theory and interventions. Objectives: • Participants will learn about the key components of Structural Family Therapy. • Participants will learn how to utilize Structural Therapy concepts to understand how problems persist and how change is made within family systems. • Participants will learn how to apply Structural Family Therapy interventions to influence systemic change within family systems. • Participants will engage in hands-on practice activities to apply interventions to systems they are currently, or may be, involved with. • Participants will understand ways in which Structural Family Therapy interventions can be generalized and applied to the navigation of treatment teams. *Before beginning the program, please ensure that you have completed your CBPI account profile including your first and last name as you would like it to appear on your CE certificate (please note this requires completing all sections of the profile, not just your "display name.")

Consultations not cancelled at least 24 business hours in advance will result in the full charge/deduction from consultation retainer if applicable.
