Service Description

Participants will take part in 6 scheduled online sessions ($200 total): Tuesdays 7/29, 8/26, 9/30, 10/28, 11/25, & 12/30 (12:00-1:30) Overview: The Emerging Clinical Supervisor Consultation Group is a dedicated space for newer clinical supervisors to build confidence, enhance supervisory skills, and develop a strong foundation in best practices for clinical supervision. This group is designed for individuals who are new to supervision during the past couple of years or transitioning into a supervisory role and are seeking support, guidance, and peer connection. Objectives: Provide a collaborative and reflective environment for discussing real-world supervisory challenges. Strengthen understanding of ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities in supervision. Foster development of a personal supervisory style grounded in evidence-based practices. Support the integration of cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and anti-oppressive frameworks into supervisory relationships. Enhance skills in giving and receiving feedback, managing dual relationships, and navigating power dynamics.
