Service Description
Assessing and providing feedback to supervisees is a crucial component of clinical supervision. Attendees will discuss approaches to assessing supervisees' clinical skills and ethical practice, as well as ways to provide feedback to ensure growth and development of supervisees. In addition, participants will review common challenges faced when providing feedback and approaches for addressing these challenges.
