Service Description
Ideal for those seeking a brief or urgent consultation in the moment as a clinical or ethical question arise such as those related to mandated reporting, scope of practice, documentation, etc. Includes up to a 30 minute phone/video consultation scheduled for within 24 hours of booking request.
Cancellation Policy
Trainings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance with result in a credit for the amount paid which can be used towards a future training within the next six months. Trainings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will result in the full charge. Consultations not cancelled at least 24 business hours in advance will result in the full charge/deduction from consultation retainer if applicable. Consultation groups are booked as a bundle with the total for all group session due at the time of enrollment and are non refundable. The option for group sessions to be recorded and made available to attendees who may miss a session will be an option but not guaranteed as it will require unanimous consent for recording from all enrolled group members.
